About role
Incident Response: Oversee the development and implementation of incident response plans, ensuring swift
and effective resolution of security incidents.
Security Architecture: Design and implement robust security architectures for networks, systems, and applications,
staying abreast of emerging threats and technologies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, conducting regular
audits and assessments to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Security Technologies: Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends, evaluating and
implementing appropriate tools to enhance the organization's security posture.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the IT security program.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
